CHANGES – RETURNS – PRODUCT REPLACEMENT

For all cases where you wish to return or replace the product you purchased, you must inform us within seven (7) days of receipt at the e-mail address "info@d-episkevastiki.gr" by notifying us of the reason for the return or replacement and by filling in a contact number. Then a partner from the transport company will contact you to receive the return package. Alternatively you can contact us at 261 031 1818 (Shop Opening Hours).
Return requirements:
1. the product must not have been used
2. the refund must be made within fourteen (14) calendar days
3. the product must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase (Retail Receipt, Invoice, Shipping Note-Invoice, etc.)
4. and be in the condition received by the customer, complete and without damage, and its packaging must be the one that normally accompanies the product.
In order for the products to reach good condition, you must pack them properly -in a larger box- so that they are protected during shipment.
You have the right to return the products you purchased and request their replacement for the following reasons:

  1. WRONG SHIPMENT OF PRODUCT
    In those cases where with proven fault of "D. Episkevastiki" you were delivered products in a different design or size from that of the order you can return the products.. The return of the product is free of charge from all over Greece.
  2. PRODUCT MANUFACTURING DEFECT
    In those cases where there is a defect in the product you have the right to return the product you purchased and request its replacement with another product or products up to the amount of the price you have paid or at an additional price if you wish, within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product.   3. PRODUCT CHANGE
    In cases where you wish to change the product you purchased, you must fill in the contact e-mail code or product codes and size and our partner will contact you. Alternatively you can contact us directly at 261 031 1818. In case the product is defective, you can return it within 14 days (for once per order), always after consultation with the customer service department 261 031 1818 (Shop Opening Hours) and only through the courier company with which we cooperate. In case the product is defective, you are not charged with the shipping costs you charged during your order. For orders over 50€ in Greece, the return fee is 2€, while for orders under 30€ the return fee is 5€.
  4. WITHDRAWAL
    You have the right to return the product you purchased, exercising the right of withdrawal and – only if the product has not been used – to request the refund of the price you paid us, within 14 days from the date indicated on the proof of purchase. The return of the product should be made with any courier you wish and the costs of the return are borne by the customer. A refund is made for the purchase of the product that has been made in cash (cash on delivery), credit card. The refund process will be completed no later than 30 days from the date of receipt of the products and if they are in excellent condition. The products purchased from the online store "d-episkevastiki.gr" can be changed or returned to one of the company's physical stores, always after telephone consultation with us at tel: 261 031 1818 (Shop Opening Hours).

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

For any cancellation of an order before shipment and delivery to a courier you should contact by phone at 261 031 1818 stating your Order Number.
